Yes. We offer an emergency call-out service subject to availability, weather conditions and safe access.Emergency attendance may initially involve temporary measures to reduce further damage. Permanent repairs may need to be quoted separately.

Not always.We will need appropriate access to the property, garden, driveway or other agreed areas. Where internal access, electricity or water is required, this will be discussed with you.

Where applicable, please move:Vehicles from the driveway;Garden furniture;Plant pots and ornaments;Children’s toys;Fragile items close to the property;Valuable or delicate items stored in the loft; andAnything blocking access for scaffolding, materials or waste removal.

Do you clean up when the project is finished?

Yes. Waste connected with the agreed roofing work will be removed unless the quotation states otherwise.The working area will be cleaned, and a magnetic nail sweep may be completed where appropriate. However, customers should continue to take care around gardens and gravel areas after major roofing work.

Can you work during bad weather?

Some roofing tasks can continue during light or suitable weather, but work at height must stop when conditions become unsafe.Heavy rain, strong winds, ice, snow or extreme heat may affect the programme. We will keep you informed if the schedule changes.
